The matter is at the argument stage. By consent of parties, time to make an award is extended by nine months from 25th January,2018. Both the parties are directed to co-operate with each other and with the learned arbitrator for rendering an award within the extended period. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. None of the parties shall apply for any unnecessary adjournment before the learned arbitrator. Commercial arbitration petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. The parties are directed to communicate this order to the learned arbitrator for compliance.
