On 07-01-2015, the Petitioner as well as the Respondent failed to appear before this Court. In view thereof, the above Company Petition was dismissed for want of prosecution. Perused the Company Application and the Affidavit in support thereof. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Company Application, the Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder : "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to set aside the order dated 7th January, 2015, whereby the present Company Petition was dismissed for lack of prosecution";
