The learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instruction from Mr.Dilipkumr Vasudeo Salunke, Dy.Superintendent, A & C Department, G-South Ward, states that without prejudice to the rights of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation of taking recourse to various provisions of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888 including sections 203 to 206, the seal put on the property of the petitioner will be removed within a period of two days from today. We accept the statement. In view of the statement, it is not necessary to entertain this petition. The petition is disposed of accordingly. 3.

We, however, make it clear that we have not made any adjudication on the liability of the petitioner towards the Municipal Corporation.
