By this notice of motion the applicant seeks to recall the order dated 27th October, 2015 passed by the Prothonotary & Senior Master dismissing the arbitration petition in view of non-compliance of the conditional order passed by the Prothonotary & Senior Master and for condonation of delay of 30 days in filing the notice of motion. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that all the office objections will be removed within four weeks from today. The statement is accepted.

For the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion, the order dated 27th October, 2015 passed by the Prothonotary & Senior Master is set aside on the condition the applicant removes all the office objections within four weeks from today. It is made clear that if all the office objections are not removed within a period of four weeks from today, the petition to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. No further extension would be granted.

The delay of 30 days in filing the notice of motion is condoned.

The notice of motion is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
