The Petition is under Clause 12 of the Letters Patent. Defendant No. 1 is outside Mumbai. However, a material part of the cause of action in this Summary Suit has arisen in Mumbai. I am satisfied that with leave granted under Clause 12 of the Letters Patent, this Court will have the necessary jurisdiction to entertain and try the Suit. Leave granted.

The Petition is made absolute. No costs.
