Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

After arguing for some time, Advocate for the Petitioner and Advocate for the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 tendered Minutes of Order dated 03.02.2020. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identifcation, which reads thus:

"MINUTES OF ORDER 1) Letter cum order dated 22nd November 2016 of the Respondent No.2 thereby rejecting the application of the Petitioners dated 22nd January 2016 for deleting the names of he Respondent No.3 and 4 as Partners of Petitioner No.9 in the record of the Respondent No.2 is set aside.

2) The Petitioners as well as the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are permitted to fle any further additional documents before the Respondent Sneha Chavan 1/2

27 wp 545-17=.odt No.2 within the period of 4(four) weeks from today to the Respondent No.2 and the Respondent No.2 is directed to consider all the documents placed by the Petitioners as well as the Respondents No.3 and 4 and thereafter giving opportunities to all the parties decide the application of the Petitioners as per the Partnership Act 1932 & rules framed thereafter within 8 (eight) weeks thereafter.

3) All the contention of the parties to the present petition are kept open.

4) By consent, the Writ Petition is disposed off in terms of the Minutes of Order.

5) No order as to the cost."

Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of minutes of order.

Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.

No order as to costs.
