The present Chamber Order is taken out for restoration of Appeal, dismissed by Order dated 12.01.2017, which is passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master, under provision of O.S.Rule 986.

As per Rule 883 of the Bombay High Court O. S. Rule, Application for the acceptance of a memorandum of appeal rejected by the Prothonotary and Senior Master shall be made to the Appellate Court. So this office is not having authority to consider present Chamber Order.

Hence, Chamber Order is disposed of.

No order as to costs. Applicants are directed to take appropriate steps as per law.
