Aakriti Kapoor alias Lubaba Hussain ... Respondent Mr. S.U. Lakadawala, for the Petitioners Nos.1 and 2. Mr. Kevin Gala, for the Petitioner No.3 (Proposed Petitioner) Mr. Lalan Gupta, a/w. Ms. Shreya Jha, i/b. M/s. Dhruve Liladhar & Co.

CORAM:

G.S. PATEL, J.

DATED:

21st March 2016 P.C.

1.

This Chamber Summons is by the Original Petitioners seeking to add one Aakriti Kapoor as Petitioner No.3. Today she is separately represented. She has no objection. The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (c). Leave to amend. Amendment to be carried out on or before 30th March 2016.

35-CST NO.132-2016.DOC 2.

It is however clarified that upon the amendment being made and Aakriti Kapoor being joined as Petitioner No.3, she will no longer be entitled to separate legal representation. She will be represented by a common advocate for all three Petitioners. 3.

I am told that there is great deal controversy regarding the estate of the deceased, one Syed Sarfaraz Hussain. There are also several proceedings and counter proceedings in various Courts. The present order is entirely without prejudice to the rights and contentions of all parties. None of those rights and contentions are in any way adjudicated either expressly or by implication by virtue of this order.
