This application seeks stay of the winding up under Section 446 of the Companies Act, 1956. The original applicant had been asked to submit a scheme of compromise or arrangement. The scheme was presented by the applicant but was subsequently withdrawn for some corrections to be carried out therein. The original applicant has since expired on 23 April 2015. Legal representatives of the applicant have taken out a fresh company application, being Company Application (L) No. 480 of 2015. In view of this new application, learned Counsel seeks leave to withdraw this Application. Company Application is dismissed as withdrawn. All contentions of parties are kept open to be agitated in the new Company Application (L) No.480 of 2015. Interim protection granted in the present Company Application is continued pending the hearing of Company Application (L) No.480 of 2015. Place Company Application (L) No.480 of 2015 for hearing on 20 July 2015.
