The Petitioner agrees that he will remove the unauthorised alteration in the industrial unit i.e. the full height cabin at Unit No. 249 & 250, Laxmi Plaza, Building No.9, Laxmi Industrial Estate, Sab TV Lane, Andheri (W), Mumbai 400 053 within 15 days from today.

After that unauthorised alternation/addition is removed, the Petitioner is at liberty to apply to the MCGM for permission for change of user from industrial to commercial and to also apply for permission and sanctions for additions and alternations to the unit(s).

The MCGM will consider these applications on merits uninfluenced by the impugned order within three weeks from the date when the applications are made.
