It appears that the certain compliances could not be made by the Petitioners and, therefore, the regularization Application of the Petitioners came to be rejected.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states before the Court that the compliances inter-alia pertain to NOC from MMRDA, Airport Authority, etc. and more specifically mentioned in the letter dated 26 April 2013 (Exhibit 'F', Page 42) of Petition shall be made within a period of four months. The statement is accepted.

The Respondent Corporation shall decide the regularisation Application of the Petitioners afresh in accordance with law after four months. To facilitate a fresh decision the impugned order is set aside. 1/2

k 2/2 27 wpl 107.15 os.doc Until a decision is taken by the Respondent Corporation and for a period of four weeks from the date of communication of the same to the Petitioners, the Respondent Corporation shall not take any coercive action.
