The present Official Liquidator's Report (OLR) seeks directions as a consequence of the order dated 29th September 2023 passed by this Court in OLR No. 119 of 2023. 2.

The official liquidator is seeking directions for making payment to the advertising agency engaged by the office of the official liquidator. Further direction is sought for issuing notice to invite claims from workers and creditors of the company by

bipin prithiani 7-olr-6.24.doc publishing notices in newspapers. The official liquidator is further seeking dispensation of issuance of individual notices to workers and creditors. The official liquidator is also seeking permission to appoint a Chartered Accountant from the panel maintained by the office of the official liquidator. This Court has perused the OLR along with the documents filed therewith. This Court is convinced that the directions sought by the official liquidator deserve to be granted.

Accordingly, the OLR is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c) and (d).
