The present Chamber Order is taken out for restoration of Appeal, dismissed by Order dated 07.12.2017, which is passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master, under provision of O.S.Rule 986.

As per Rule 883 of the Bombay High Court O. S. Rule, Application for the acceptance of a memorandum of appeal rejected by the Prothonotary and Senior Master shall be made to the Appellate Court. So this office is not having authority to consider present Chamber Order.

Hence, Chamber Order is disposed of.

No order as to costs. Applicant is directed to take appropriate steps as per law.

Office is directed to consider Affidavit in Support submitted in respect of Chamber Order as Affidavit in Support of Notice of Motion, if Applicant applies before the Hon'ble Court and obtains permission in that behalf.
