Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. K.C. Maheshwari, Director of the Respondent. Mr. Maheshwari has handed over two cheques of Rs.50,000/- each dated 10th February, 2015 and 15th February, 2015 to the Advocate for the Petitioner. The Respondent undertakes to forward 'C' Forms to the Advocate for the Petitioner within a period of one week from today. Since the Respondent has settled the matter, the admission of the above Petition is not advertised. In the event of default, the order dated 11th December, 2014 shall revive. The above Petition is accordingly disposed of.
