Heard the learned Advocates for the Plaintiffs/Applicant and the Defendant Nos.1 and 2 who are the only contesting parties in the above suit. Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder : "(a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the Plaintiff No.3 and 4 to carry out the amendment in the Plaint as well as the Notice of Motion No.2766 and Affidavit in support thereto as per the Schedule annexed hereto;"

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. A copy of the amended Plaint and proceedings to be served on the Defendants and/or their Advocates. All contentions of the parties are kept open. The Chamber Summons is accordingly disposed of.
