By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is challenging the order dated 27.12.2016 passed by the Additional Collector, Enc. and C.A. Mumbai Suburban District wherein application of Respondent No.5 as intervenor has been allowed in Appeal Nos. 350/2015, 351/2015, 352/2015, 505/2015 and 506/2015.

After arguing for some time, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he received instructions to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the Deputy Collector, Enc. Competent Authority, Bandra Sneha Chavan 1/2

PR 901 WPL 113-17= .doc for clarification of order dated 27.07.2015 being OW No. 1777/2015 passed under Section 3E of Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance & Redevelopment) Act, 1971. To that effect, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has given in writing on Farad. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for its identification. Same is accepted. Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
