Perused the Notice of Motion and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, the Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

"(a) that this Notice of Motion may kindly be allowed and be pleased to permit to remove the fresh office objection i.e. to convert the Summary Suit into Commercial Suit by granting four weeks time for the same and to restore Suit (L) No.1207 of 2014;" 2.
