During the last two days, the Petition was called out for final hearing on two occasions,. However, none appeared for the Petitioners on both the occasions. Today when the Petition was called out, none appears for the Petitioners. The Advocate for the Petitioners has informed the Associate that the Petitioners have taken away the papers from him. The Petitioners have not engaged any other Advocate. Hence, this Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. The Rule is discharged with no orders as to costs.
