It seems that these Notice of Motions along with Chamber Order No. 73 of 2018 were listed before the Court on 23rd March, 2018 and the Court had set aside the order passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master dated 11th September, 2012 and restored the suits to fle.

Notice of Motions have served their purpose. The Suits are restored.

Hence, the Notice of Motions stand disposed of. Suit Nos. 868 of 2018 and 869 of 2018 :- 4.

Heard Mr. Daga, the learned counsel for the Plaintiff. 5.

The suit claim in Suit No. 868 of 2018 is Rs.2,86,000/- and in Suit No. 869 of 2018 the claim is valued at Rs. 1,74,000/-. 6.

In view of the value of the suit claim, the suits are required to be entertained, tried and disposed of by the City Civil Court, Bombay.

The Prothonotary and Senior Master is directed to transfer the suits to the City Civil Court, Bombay for disposal in accordance with law.

Having regard to the pendency of these suits in this Court and the age of the Plaintiff, the City Civil Court, Bombay is requested to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible. (N. J. JAMADAR, J.) Vishal Parekar, P.A.
