This chamber summons seeks impleadment of legal heirs of deceased/original Petitioner. The original Petitioner died on 7 September 2017. At that stage, however, the writ petition came to be disposed of by an order passed by this court on 22 August 2016. The matter was carried before the Supreme Court in an SLP along with some other matters. The Supreme Court by its order dated 30 October 2018 remanded the original writ petition to this court with directions to take it up and decide the same on merits. The Applicants herein have, in the premises, approached this court seeking their impleadment.
Considering the averments made by the Applicants in their
