ORDINARY ORIGINAL CIVIL JURISDICTION NOTICE OF MOTION NO. 98 OF 2014 IN ARBITRATION PETITION (L) NO. 13 OF 2014 Bhanuchandra J.Joshi ..... Applicant

..... Respondents Mr.Vijay Vaghela for the Applicant/Petitioner. Mr.Praful Salvi, i/b. M/s.Lambey & Co. for the Respondents. CORAM :

R.D. DHANUKA, J.

DATED :

7th AUGUST, 2015 P.C.

By this notice of motion, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 11 days in filing arbitration petition. No affidavit in reply is filed by the respondents though served long back. On perusal of the affidavit in support, I am satisfied that the grounds are made out for condonation of delay in filing arbitration petition. For the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion, notice of motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). 2.

Petitioner is directed to remove all other office objections within two weeks from today, failing which petition to stand dismissed without further reference to court. Notice of motion is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. If all the office objections are removed, place the matter on board for admission on 24th August, 2015.
