By order dated 17th January 2018 the petitioner was protected by granting interim relief in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c) of the petition. During the course of hearing of this petition which was moved for extension of interim relief, it is pointed out by the learned counsel for respondent-Corporation that the representative preferred by the petitioner has been decided and the same is rejected. 2.

In the circumstances, the petitioner will have to initiate appropriate proceedings to challenge the order rejecting the representation. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner be protected by continuing the interim order till he initiates appropriate proceedings. Learned counsel for Corporation opposes the prayer made by the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the fact that petitioner was protected from 17th January 2018, the interim order granted by this Court is extended further by a period of four weeks to enable the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings. The petition is disposed off. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) MST
