1] Heard the learned counsel for the plaintiff. 2] By order dated 16th December, 2019, this Court had directed that the suit be posted for dismissal order as the plaintiff has not filed affidavit in lieu of examination-in-chief and compilation of documents, in terms of the order dated 12th September, 2017.

3] By the said order, the plaintiff was directed to file affidavit in lieu of 1/2

2 S 1441 of 1999 examination-in-chief and compilation of documents on or before 10th November, 2017. More than two years have been elapsed. Yet the plaintiff has not filed affidavit of evidence. It is evident that the plaintiff is not interested in prosecuting the suit. Hence, the suit stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
