It is not in dispute that an efficacious statutory remedy of preferring a Second Appeal is available to the petitioner. Only on that ground, we decline to entertain this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petition is accordingly disposed of.

If an appeal is preferred, the concerned Appellate Authority is bound to take a note of the fact that the present Writ Petition was filed in this Court on 16th January 2018 and the same remained pending till today.
