By this petition filed under section 15 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioner seeks to appoint a substitute arbitrator under section 15(2) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 in view of the erstwhile arbitrator having withdrawn from the office on 25th November, 2016.

By consent of parties, Mr.Pradip Sancheti, Senior Counsel of this Court is appointed as a sole arbitrator in place of Mr.Kishor P. Jain, Advocate.

The arbitration petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
