The learned senior counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this Petition on the ground that a Chamber Summons has been already filed by the first Petitioner in the suit filed by him by which a prayer is made for incorporating the reliefs in the pending suit which are prayed for in this Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Needless to add that it will be open for the first Petitioner to prosecute the Chamber Summons in accordance with law.

All contentions on merits are kept open.

Chamber Summons No.76 of 2016 does not survive and the same is disposed of.
