A proclamation was issued. All the heirs have been duly served. There is no opposition to this Petition. Hence, Accepted. 2.

The Petitioners, five of the six heirs of the deceased, seek a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Ramprakash Laxmandas Bindra Alias Ramprakash L. Bindra, who is said to have died intestate in Mumbai, where he was ordinarily resident, on 30th October 2011. A copy of his death certificate is annexed.

The deceased was survived by his widow, four daughters and one son. Their names are mentioned in the tabulation below 24th October 2016

933-MPT46-16.DOC paragraph 4 of the petition. The son has neither consented nor opposed this Petition, despite service of the proclamation. 4.

The Legal Heirship Certificate is required for production before various authorities and to pay taxes and demands. 5.

Despite the proclamation, none have come forward to oppose. No other Petition for a heirship certificate, succession certificate, probate or letters of administration with or without will annexed has been filed. There is no impediment to the grant of relief.

The petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in favour of the persons mentioned in the table below paragraph 4, namely, Kamleshkumari Ramprakash Bindra, Deepa Harish Obhan, Alka Dravindra Sudi, Rekha Dharamveer Phool, Harsha Dravindar Wasan and Jaspal Ramprakash Bindra.
