Parties have entered into consent terms dated 4th October 2018. The consent terms signed by the Partner of plaintiff, Managing Director of defendant no.1, Constituted Attorney of defendant nos.2 to 5 and by defendant nos.6 and 7 and their respective advocates is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The counsel state that the parties whom they represent and who have signed the consent terms are present in Court and identify them.

At this stage, Mr. Vasudeo, counsel for defendant nos.2 to 7 states that the blank in recital "F" (page 5) of the copy of Power of Attorney given by defendant nos.2 to 5 in favour of defendant nos.6 and 7 should be Gauri Gaekwad

Order in terms of the consent terms. The statements made by defendant no.1 and other defendants are accepted as undertakings to this Court. It is also made clear that plaintiff is at liberty to execute this consent terms with this order as a decree against defendants should there be a default on the part of defendants.

Suit accordingly stands disposed. Refund of court fees, if any, in accordance with rules. No order as to costs. All interim orders stand vacated and will get substituted with the statements made in the consent terms. All interim applications pending also stand disposed.
