The learned counsel appearing for the Applicants states that now all the office objections in the Writ Petition have been removed. We accept the

sng nmw-76.17 said statement. Only in light of this statement that we propose to condone the delay and restore the Petition. Accordingly, Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). 4.

If the Registry finds that the office objections in the Writ Petition have not been removed till date, the Registry will place the Notice of Motion on board for recalling this order.

Place the main Writ Petition for admission on 1st August 2017.
