Perused the order dated 17th April 2018. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the second and third respondents tendered an affidavit dated 29th March 2019 to which a copy of the order dated 26th March 2019 has been annexed. By the said order, late Jethalal Bhagwan Parmar has been held to be eligible. It also records that after the petitioner produces an order of the competent Court declaring him as legal representative of Shri Jethalal Bhagwan Parmar (since deceased) steps will be taken to allot tenement to her. 2.

We accept the statement made in the said order as well as the statement made in paragraph-7 of the aforesaid affidavit of Shri Milind Raghunath Kulkarni, Deputy Chief Officer (RT) filed on behalf of the second and third respondents. By accepting the statement, we dispose of this petition.
