This chamber summons is filed by Applicant/Mumbai International Airport Ltd. (for short "MIAL") praying that the Applicant be impleaded as a party respondent in the writ petition.

We have perused the averments made in the application . We are of the opinion that the intervention of the applicant is necessary. We accordingly allow the chamber summons in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.

The amendment be carried out by tomorrow i.e. 17th October 2023. Amended copy of the proceedings be served on all the parties. Reply affidavit to the amended petition be filed on behalf of MIAL on or before the adjourned date of hearing. Chamber summons stands disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
