The time granted to the Byculla Police Station, Mumbai, by this Court for concluding the proposed examination of the original promissory note in terms of the order dated 2 March 2015 is extended by a period of four weeks from today. The Byculla Police Station is also permitted to make a marking on the promissory note during the proposed examination. Chamber Summons No.81/2014 taken out by the Byculla Police station in this behalf for handing over the promissory note, is disposed of in view of the orders passed by this Court on 2 March 2015 and today.
