Writ Petition No. 2506 of 2009 alongwith Chamber Summons No. 336 of 2010 are not on board. Upon mentioning, both the matters are taken on board.

Leave to amend in Writ Petition No. 2506 of 2009 is granted to change the name of the Petitioner "State Bank of Indore" to the "State Bank of India". Amendment to be carried out within one week. Chamber Summons No. 336 of 2010 is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
