ORDER:

Learned Counsel for MHADA states that he has no instructions whether the representation of the Petitioner in respect of his entitlement for alternate premises was reconsidered by Respondent Nos.1 and 3 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 10 June 2015. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has pointed out that a representation dated 17 July 2017 has been made by the Petitioner - Sayyed Sajid Abbasali Sayyed. In the circumstances, we dispose of the Petition by directing the Joint Chief Officer, MBRRB to decide the representation of the Petitioner on its own merits without being influenced by the earlier orders after affording an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner. We record the statement of learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner shall appear before the Joint Chief Officer, MBRRB on 3 January 2019 at 11 a.m. when appropriate directions may be issued as to the hearing on the representation.
