The Petitioner and the Caveators as also the Benenficiary are present in Court. They have informed the Court that the disputes and differences between the parties have been settled and to that effect they have entered into Consent Terms. The parties have been identified by their respective advocates. 2.

The Learned Counsel for the parties have tendered Consent Terms. The contents of said Consents Terms have been explained and interpreted to the parties in Marathi. The said Consent terms have been signed by the Petitioner, Caveators and Beneficiary under the Will as also their respective advocates. When put in the box and queried, all the parties have stated that they have signed the said Consents of their own fee will and volition. 3.

The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The Testamentary Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. 5.

Undertakings given in the Consent Terms, if any, are accepted as the Undertakings to this Court.
