The caveat is lodged within 14 days prescribed but there is a delay in filing the affidavit in support to the caveat. I have considered the affidavit in support and in my view, it is fit case to condone the delay. The delay condoned. The registry to accept the affidavit in support of the caveat and take the same on record subject to removal of office objections, if any.
