2022.01.06 16:04:59 +0530 in Company Petition No. 1129 of 2015 were set aside and that the ASHWINI HULGOJI GAJAKOSH Petitioner company is out of liquidation.

We note the statement made on behalf of the ROC, on instructions, that on this delay being condoned the ROC will allow the application subject to the Petitioner complying with all necessary requirements, procedures and formalities including without limitation all formalities regarding e-filing of the necessary 5th January 2022
