Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant. Perused the Company Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Company Application, the order dated 07-01-2015 is set aside and the Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

(a) that the order of dismissal of company Petition No.863 of 2014 passed on 7th January, 2015 in default be set aside and the above company Petition may kindly be restored to its file; 2.
