The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Disputes arose between the parties under an agreement entered between them. By an order dated 27th July 2018, an advocate of this Court was appointed as the Sole Arbitrator. The Arbitrator entered upon the reference to his arbitration shortly thereafter and the matter proceeded before him. 2.

The original arbitral mandate was extended by mutual consent. The extended arbitral mandate ended on 29th January 13th February 2020

Having regard to these circumstances, I am extending the arbitral mandate from 29th January 2020 until 31st December 2020 to complete the arbitral proceedings.
