This Court is informed that by an order dated 01st August, 2023, the petition for grant of legal heir-ship certificate was allowed. 3.

The petitioners seek deletion of certain pleading in paragraph no. 7 of the original petition, which indicated that the legal heirs were eligible to get a job on compassionate basis in the company in which the missing person was working. It is submitted that petitioner No. 2 was keen on being appointed on compassionate basis, but he is now no longer eligible for the same. In that light, the petitioners seek deletion of the relevant pleading from paragraph no. 7 of the petition.

In the interest of justice, the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners is allowed. Accordingly, the petitioners are permitted to delete the last sentence in paragraph no. 7, which refers to the aspect Shrikant Malani

The amendment be carried out within one week from today. Re-verification is dispensed with.

The praecipe is disposed of.
