P.C.:- In respect of the reliefs claimed in this petition, the Petitioner already filed representation dated 23rd August, 2016 before Collector of Stamps, Enforcement, Mumbai. This representation is not decided. The learned counsel for the Petitioner having taken instructions, states that petition may be disposed of by directing Collector of Stamps, Enforcement to decide the said representation on its own merits.

In the light of above, we deem it convenient to dispose of the petition by directing the Collector of Stamps, Enforcement, Mumbai to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 23rd August, 2016, copy of which is annexed at Exh.'D' to the Petition, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter. In order to enable the Collector of Stamps, Enforcement, Mumbai, the Petitioner shall remain present before him alongwith copy of the said representation and copy of this order on 10th July, 2018.
