The heirs of the defendant Nos.4, 7, 10 and 11 are required to be brought on record. The defendants have not defended the suit. The plaintiff has served the defendants as also the respondents by publication as per an order passed by the Court. Affidavit of service has been file on 12th March, 2015.

The plaintiff shall carry out necessary amendments within two weeks. The plaintiff shall serve the amended writ of summons upon the newly added defendants.

Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer 'a'. Delay if any is condoned.
