Learned Counsel for the parties tender Consent Minutes of Order, which are signed by the Petitioner through its General Manager-Plant HR, Mr. Vikas Shirke, who is present in court and each of the Respondents, save and except Respondent Nos.3, 24, 22 and 23. Consent minutes of order provide for payment to the Respondents in full and final settlement of their disputed dues concerning the termination benefits, save and except Provident Fund dues. As for Respondent Nos.3 and 24, they have already accepted their dues including termination benefits by entering into a compromise with the Petitioner company before the Industrial Court, Mumbai. Even as regard the Respondent Nos.22 and 23, who have not signed today, because of their absence, in case they come forward and accept payment within a period of one year, the payment of corresponding

Learned counsel seek disposal of the petition in terms of the consent minutes of order. Consent minutes of order are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The petition is disposed of in terms of consent minutes of order. No order as to costs.
