At the outset it has been stated by the learned counsel appearing for respondent no.5 High Power Committee that the petitioner's application for stay in the appeal filed against the order of Slum Rehabilitation Authority will be considered by the avk 1/2

907-WPL-130-2017.doc High Power Committee within four weeks from today. He also makes a statement that petitioner's appeal itself will also be decided as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from today.

In view of the aforesaid statement, we dispose of this petition by directing the High Power Committee to decide the application for stay within four weeks as also the appeal itself within three months, by reasoned orders.

With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of.
