By an order dated 30 January 2015 this Court had permitted the petitioners to sell the barge "Dosti I" which was situated at Port of Kamarajar Port Limited at Ennore, Tamilnadu to one M/s.Vighnar Shipping Pvt.Ltd. at a cost of Rs.65 lakhs, with a further direction that the amount be deposited with respondent no.1 Bank. Thereafter, this petition is listed for the first time. Learned Counsel for the respondents has no instructions. Petitioners are also not appearing though names of the parties and their advocate are correctly indicated on the cause list.

It appears that consequent to the order dated 30 September 2015 the petitioners have lost interest to prosecute the petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
