The Petition is filed by the Petitioner-Yeshwanth Shenoy, who is an Advocate enrolled in the Bar Council of Kerala. He is appearing in person. The Petitioner is espousing the cause of his client one Shri Rama Bhim Sen, who is a sailor with the Indian Navy. The Petitioner as an Advocate has also issued legal notice to the Respondents on behalf of said Shri Rama Bhim Sen.

We are not inclined to entertain the Petition filed by an Advocate who is espousing the cause of his client. The Petition is, accordingly, dismissed leaving it open for Shri Rama Bhim Sen to file appropriate proceedings, if so advised.

We may record that though learned Counsel Mr.Ali appeared on behalf of the Petitioner and requested for time, we did not accede to his request.
