On 23-7-2018, we passed the following order:- "Let Mr. Prakash Shah take instructions whether the issue raised in this Writ Petition survives in view of decision of this Court particularly because this Writ Petition is of the year 1979. At the request of Mr. Prakash Shah, we post the matter on 6th August 2018 'for Directions'."

Since Mr. Sanghvi reports that there are no instructions nor the petitioners are reachable by every mode of communication, the miscellaneous petition/writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
