The learned Counsel appearing for the 2nd Respondent on instructions states that the 2nd Respondent has decided to inspect all the premises in the building of the Petitioner and therefore, a notice dated 10 March 2018 under Section 488 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888 has been issued to the Chairman/Secretary of the Petitioner. A copy of the notice is marked as "X`" for identification. She states on instructions that after carrying out the inspection, if necessary, an action in accordance with law shall be initiated. We accept the said statements. By accepting the said statements, we dispose of these Petitions.
