Petitioner's contention is that 30x30 feet plot was allotted to his grand-father as a fisherman. Somebody had constructed over the said plot. The petitioner seeks directions that alleged construction being illegal be demolished. The questions of facts are raised. The petitioner had approached the concerned Authorities by filing representations. The petitioner has alternate remedy available. 2.
