None appeared for the contesting Respondents, Respondent Nos. 3 and 5, on the last occasion and time was sought by these Respondents on the ground that there was a possibility of settlement. The arbitration matters were stood over to today's date. It was, however, made clear that in the event the settlement did not come about and the contesting Respondents needed to file a reply, they might do so with an advance notice to the Petitioner before the next date. No time was to be granted for filing of such reply on the next date. There is no service of any reply by the Respondents on the Petitioner and there is no reply filed before this Court, and none appears for the Respondents today. 2.

By an order dated 28 January 2015, ad-interim relief in Pg 1 of 2

arbp221-15.doc terms of prayer clause (a) of the arbitration petition was granted by this Court. There is no new development since then. This relief shall accordingly continue to operate pending the reference. The Court is informed that an arbitration application for appointment of an arbitral tribunal is pending disposal before this Court. The arbitration petition is disposed of in these terms.
